For almost 10 years we have managed vacation apartments across Greece, cutting our teeth on Milos — one of the Cyclades' most competitive short-stay markets. There, we kept our properties at over 90% occupancy for more than three months in a row, in a season where every listing fights for the same guest.

That experience taught us how to price sharply, photograph honestly, respond fast, and turn first-time bookings into five-star reviews — the same playbook we now run for owners in Vienna.

Now based in Vienna, we bring that same craft to Austrian apartment owners who want to enter the short-stay market — or who already host and would rather hand the day-to-day to someone they can trust.
